Sugarcane Ecoware Co., Ltd. (“SEW”) was established in 2018 with a registered capital of THB 75,000,000. In 2020, the registered capital was increased to THB 285,000,000. In 2022, it was further increased to THB 545,000,000, and in 2023, an additional capital increase of THB 70,000,000 was made.

As a result, SEW currently has a total registered capital of THB 615,000,000. The company operates a business producing environmentally friendly food packaging. At present, SEW distributes its products both directly and indirectly through modern trade channels and wholesale stores, including restaurants, hotels, hospitals, and other sectors. Sugarcane bagasse pulp is used as the primary raw material, with a production capacity of approximately 300 million pieces per year.

The company completed the construction of its packaging molding factory at the end of December 2019 and commenced commercial operations in the first quarter of 2020. During the initial stage of production, SEW sourced bagasse pulp from business partners as raw material for manufacturing products for the market.

To develop its own pulp production, the company built a small-scale pulp production facility for research and testing purposes, which was completed in 2020. Subsequently, the company constructed a large-scale pulp production plant, which was completed and began operations in the fourth quarter of 2024.

This facility produces bagasse pulp as raw material for the company’s packaging manufacturing plant. The company’s bagasse pulp production process follows an organic process that does not use bleaching agents, resulting in clean pulp that is safe and free from harmful chemicals. This production process is the result of the company’s research and development team and represents proprietary knowledge unique to the company.

The company operates under the business structure of the BRR Group. It is currently the only company in the world producing pulp through this specific organic process, and its pulp research is currently pending patent approval.

Since the fourth quarter of 2021 to the present, the company has secured an increasing number of long-term contracts with international customers (OEM), accounting for approximately 65% of its total production capacity.
